Let's Ride Driver Booking Policy
Please review the following Booking Policy before accepting a ride request. By accepting a ride, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Ride
Once you accept a ride request, you are committed to completing the ride, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Ensure you are ready and available to pick up the passenger within the estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided in the app.
2. Timely Arrival
Arrive at the pickup location promptly. Delays or failure to reach the pickup point on time may negatively affect your driver rating and lead to penalties.
If you encounter any issues en route, notify the passenger immediately via call.
3. Passenger Interaction
Maintain courteous and professional behaviour throughout the ride.
Follow the route suggested by the app, unless the passenger requests a change.
4. Ride Cancellation
You may only cancel a ride in case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances. Frequent cancellations may result in penalties or suspension from the platform.
If the passenger cancels after you've accepted the ride, you may be eligible for a partial fare.
5. Payment and Earnings
The fare is calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surcharges.
Ensure you follow the route and time guidelines to avoid fare disputes.
Collect payment as per the app’s instructions, whether through in-app payment methods or cash if applicable.
6. Safety and Vehicle Condition
Your vehicle must be in good condition, clean, and safe for passenger transport.
Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and maintain safety throughout the ride.
7. Conduct and Compliance
You are expected to treat all passengers with respect and professionalism. Any misconduct may result in suspension or termination from the platform.
